I loved how the rooms were big and spotless, with super comfy beds that felt like clouds! The spa area was a nice surprise, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was the noise from slamming doors in the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my time at all — definitely worth a visit! 😊

The beautiful views from the terrace were a highlight for our family. With easy walking to the Cathedral and Bellver Castle, we cherished lovely afternoons exploring the area. The indoor pool was a great way for the kids to unwind after busy days.
In my wife’s opinion, better family amenities would enhance the experience.

The rooftop terrace provided stunning sunrise views, making mornings memorable. The room was spacious and had a fantastic marina view, ideal for relaxation. However, the hotel felt outdated, with basic furnishings and thin towels. With renovations ongoing, the pool area was closed, and breakfast service at the bar was disorganized, requiring long waits for coffee. Not having a proper sun terrace made it less enjoyable for lounging.

convenient walking access to palma’s highlights
I appreciated that the waterfront was just a few steps away, and it's only a short 10-minute stroll to Santa Catalina for delicious dining options, which really made my weekend feel special as I soaked in the vibrant atmosphere around me. The hotel also had a friendly staff, ensuring I felt welcomed during my stay as a solo traveler.

I stayed in a Double Room with a sea view for four nights. The view from my room was stunning. Waking up to the sight of the marina every morning made my stay special. The room was spacious but lacked a proper balcony. I couldn’t sit outside comfortably. Breakfast blew me away. huge variety every morning and fresh products. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help. They were one of the best parts of my stay. However, I experienced some noise disturbances from the street traffic at night. It made it a bit challenging to get restful sleep. Also, the air conditioning in the dining area was too cold for my taste. I had to ask for some tea-making facilities, but they promptly provided me with a kettle and cups, which was nice. I enjoyed my time overall, but I wished for slight improvements in noise insulation.
